Stacey Mollohan is a highly skilled legal executive with over two decades of experience managing high-stakes litigation, technology and commercial transactions, privacy, and public relations matters. He has a proven track record of success in complex and technical business environments. As executive legal counsel, Stacey excels in leadership and implementing legal strategies to meet future challenges. Stacey builds talented and diverse legal teams with a shared passion for innovation, excellence, and collaboration. Stacey currently serves as the General Counsel and Business Information Security Officer at Mercedes-Benz. In this capacity, he oversees the legal division responsible for North American sales, marketing, and distribution. Stacey is responsible for managing privacy, commercial, and litigation matters, collectively accounting for $25B in sales revenue. His role also includes overseeing the distribution of passenger and commercial vehicles. Prior to joining Mercedes-Benz, Stacey served as the Head of Technology, Legal, and Data Protection Officer at Travel port and held previous roles like Legal Director and Senior Legal Counsel for over ten years. In this capacity, he oversaw legal compliance and data protection for this global technology company, operating one of the world's most extensive non- military transaction processing facilities. Stacey's leadership skills and expertise as legal counsel are instrumental in implementing robust compliance programs, navigating complex legal issues, and creating a safe and secure environment for his organization. Stacey holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics. He is dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to clients while maintaining professionalism.

Sammi Li is Head of Client Insights and Analytics at Flagstar Bank, where she leads enterprise-wide data and AI initiatives that drive growth, enhance client experience, and foster innovation. She also serves on the Flagstar Foundation Board and as executive sponsor of the Asia Pacific ERG. Her career began in financial market modeling before advancing through senior leadership roles at Truist Financial. A CFA and FRM charterholder, Sammi holds a Master’s in Financial Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Statistics from Zhejiang University. She serves on the Global Editorial and Atlanta Executive Boards of CDO Magazine, chairs the Zhejiang University Alumni Association of Georgia, and serves on the boards of Create Dunwoody and several startup companies.

Sophia Toh is an author, executive coach, and leadership trainer. She is the author of The G.A.M.E. of Life: Illuminated Leadership, Fulfilled Life, and is also a contributing author of Leadership Unscripted: The Real, Raw, and Remarkable Journeys of Women Who Lead Boldly. Before her coaching career, Sophia was the Vice President of Finance Transformation and Chief Financial Officer for a five-billion-dollar business unit at Kraft Heinz Company. She spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble, holding various finance leadership positions, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of Walker & Company Brands, a P&G subsidiary. Additionally, she led finance and accounting teams in brand commercial delivery for Braun & Crest, supply chain, cybersecurity, purchasing, information technology, retailer finance, global business services, and accounting policies. Sophia currently serves as the board chair of the 45-year-old Mothers Against Drunk Driving organization. Sophia is an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and currently serves on the International Coaching Federation’s Professional Coaches Board. She is also a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Finance Manager, and certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis. Sophia earned her MBA from Purdue University and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Accounting from Clayton State University. She also holds a Nonprofit Leadership Executive Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School, an Executive Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, and a Diversity Coaching Certificate from Howard University and Coach Diversity Institute. Sophia’s current focus is threefold: her career as a coach, trainer, and speaker, her role as a volunteer and leader who gives back to global, national, and local communities, and cultivating quality time with family and friends.

Linda Yang is a partner in the Corporate and Tax practice group and Intellectual Property practice group at Burr & Forman. She focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private placements, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and financing transactions. With a background in intellectual property law, Linda also handles a variety of software licensing agreements, SAAS agreements, and other technology agreements. She also manages clients’ large global IP portfolios and handles registration, enforcement, and monetization matters relating to trademarks, both in the U.S. and globally. Linda earned her undergraduate law degree in Beijing, China, and subsequently obtained her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
