Dr. Malik holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy, with an emphasis on Human Resources Organization Development from the University of Georgia. She is also a certified associate certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and is trained in assessments such as DiSC, EQi and Team Coaching International. A resident of Atlanta, she sets aside time in her schedule to run marathons, connect and drink tea (from Paris) with friends, read, enjoy a good crime show, and international travel.

As an experienced and certified project management professional who has led many CSR, technology, marketing, analytics, and strategic projects across various disciplines and multiple industries, she is passionate about using her business and technical skills to help social entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations grow and scale their impact and organization in order to take good care of children, families, and communities. She has served internationally, including being a volunteer teacher. She received her undergraduate degrees and MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology.
